Role overview
Drive our technicians to customer locations, handle customer calls and help organise daily field work.
Key responsibilities
Driving and field visits
- Drive the company four-wheeler and take technicians to customer locations
- Coordinate daily visits, installations and service appointments
- Help technicians with materials and basic work at the site when needed
- Help keep field work on schedule
Customer calls and sales
- Handle customer enquiries by phone and WhatsApp
- Follow up with potential customers and existing enquiries
- Learn about our water purification products and services
- Explain product options and help with sales under management guidance
- Maintain customer relationships and support business growth
Installation and service coordination
- Coordinate between customers, technicians and management
- Organise installation schedules and the materials needed
- Track job progress and share regular updates
- Keep basic customer and service records
Photos and social media
- Take photos and short smartphone videos of completed installations
- Help create simple Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp content
- Share project updates and ideas for local promotions
Advanced photography or video editing experience is not required.
Requirements
Mandatory requirements
- A valid four-wheeler driving licence and confident driving skills
- Good Malayalam communication skills
- Responsible, punctual, honest and dependable, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp and basic digital tools
- Willing to travel locally for customer visits
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in field operations, customer service or sales
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with water purifiers, home appliances, plumbing or electrical work
- Interest in photography, social media or simple videos
Freshers with good driving skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Salary and training
₹15,000 per month for the first 3 months (probation).
₹17,500–₹20,000 per month after successful probation, depending on experience, capability and performance.
